This Privacy Policy is provided by RR Innovation LLC (“RR Innovation”, “SocialStorm”,“we”, “us” or “our”) to all visitors (“you” or “your”) who use the SocialStorm application, services, or the SocialStorm website located at (all of which are mentioned as “our services”). Our services are provided to you as a service to locate active locations around your city.

This Privacy Policy does not cover the policies or practices of businesses over which the application does not have control, such as third party sites, including but not limited to, Foursquare®, Twitter®, Facebook®, Google Plus® and Pinterest®. We are firmly committed to protecting the confidentiality of your Personal Information.

The term “Personal Information” means any information which can be used to identify a person, including by way of example, but not limitation, name, phone number and/or e-mail address.


General Tracking Information

When you use or interact with our services, we may collect Non-Personal Information from you. "Non-Personal Information" means a data element or collection of data elements that by itself cannot ordinarily be associated with a specific individual. Web servers automatically collect Non-Personal Information, including your IP address, when you request pages our services. Based on certain interactions with our services, mailings, and third-party sites, and other communications with us, certain Non-Personal Information may be associated with your Personal Information such that your Non-Personal Information is identifiable with you. You may be able to opt-out of certain third-party associations by following customization and/or opt-out options as described below.

Third-Party Usage

Our services are a location-based tool and as such, are integrated with a third party social network, Foursquare®. SocialStorm utilizes Foursquare’s searching capabilities, nearby locations and radar activity features. All establishments and other information are driven by the Foursquare API.

SocialStorm is not liable for the operation and maintenance of any third party service, including, but not limited to Foursquare.

We may use third parties to (a) operate and maintain the server(s) on which our services operates, (b) provide Tracking Mechanism(s) that we embed in or use with our services, (c) provide advertisements and other information to you about our services, products, and services through a third-party site based on a prior visit to our services and (d) collect Non-Personal Information on your interactions with our services. The third party will then share the Non-Personal Information, Aggregate Data, and/or other data with us.

Some of the third parties, such as Google®, Twitter®, and LinkedIn® may provide customization and/or opt-out of certain Tracking Mechanisms through their respective sites. For example, Google's Ads Settings, DoubleClick opt-out page, Twitter’s promoted content settings, LinkedIn account settings, and Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page may limit the collection and usage of certain third-party Tracking Mechanisms.


With the current build, all location information is anonymous within our services. This means that your location, your name/username and photo will not be shared. The only information that is shared (added to the establishment live feed) is your age, gender, and relationship status. Please take into consideration that this information is only shared if the user chooses to include it in his or her profile.


We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our services. We take reasonable technical and procedural precautions to protect the information received by us. While we take precautions to protect information received by us, no precaution is perfect and therefore we cannot be held responsible for or guarantee against unauthorized or illegal access, disclosure, modification, or loss.


You are deemed to have assented to the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy when you use our services. You are deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy each time you access our services. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our services. The terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy are subject to and may be superseded by applicable Federal and State laws.


We use Non-Personal Information and Personal Information collected from you only within the scope of use described in this Privacy Policy. However, we reserve the right, from time to time in our sole and absolute discretion, to change, to modify, or to add terms or remove terms from this Privacy Policy without advance notice to you. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be reflected when we post a new version number and updated revision date. Examples of significant changes include additional provisions that reflect new service functionality, significant modifications to existing provisions, and more significant changes to our services' functionality that cause provisions to be modified, added, or removed. Examples of less significant changes include additional provisions that clarify current functionality within our services, minor modifications to existing provisions, and less significant changes to our services' functionality that cause provisions to be modified, added, or removed.
